A: No, you don't need to buy the entire System. Each component can stand on its own and offers great benefits to its user, whether it’s the Pack(s), Tote, or Headquarters. However, the system was designed to work together and the greatest organizational benefits and price value will come when used in this way.

6) Q: Do You Share My Information? What is Your Privacy Policy?
A: We respect your privacy and do not sell our mailing lists. We also do not support SPAM. Every email we send comes with an unsubscribe link.
7) Q: What is your Return Policy?
A: Packtoozi guarantees its products against defects in workmanship. This does not include product failure due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear. If a product is found to be defective, Packtoozi will repair or replace it, and a nominal fee may be charged, in certain circumstances. Defects in workmanship are determined at the full discretion of Packtoozi.
If you would like to return an item, you must notify us within 15 days of receipt of item and we will issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). Once the merchandise is received and processed in our warehouse, you will receive a full refund to your account. We will refuse all packages returned to us without an RMA# written on the outside of the box by the shipping label.
